1 COST; PARTIAL EXECUTION AND COMPLIANCE OF JUDGEMENT; ITS LEGAL EFFECT. — Upon considering the motion for reconsideration filed by petitioner and it appearing that the obligation imposed upon respondent Eugenio S. Baltao by the judgement were complied with by said Baltao only after a court order, the motion to reconsider the grant of costs against oetitioner is hereby granted and the decision is, with respect to the grant of costs to respondent Baltao, set aside


R E S O L U T I O N


LABRADOR, J.:


Upon considering the motion for reconsideration filed by petitioner and it appearing that the obligation imposed upon respondent Eugenio S. Baltao by the judgement were complied with by said Baltao only after a court order, the motion to reconsider the grant of costs against petitioner is hereby granted and decision is, with respect to the grant of costs to respondent Baltao, set aside.
