COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 255

COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 255 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ABOLITION OF THE ROAD

Section 1. The road tax imposed by section twenty-one hundred and fifty-eight of the Administrative Code is abolished, and all delinquencies by reason thereof are condoned. Section2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
