BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 128 - AN ACT CREATING BARANGAY PALOYON ORIENTAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NABUA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

Section 1. The Sitio of Paloyon Oriental in Barangay Paloyon, Municipality of Nabua, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barangay of the said municipality, to be known as Barangay Paloyon Oriental.

Sec. 2. Barangay Paloyon Oriental shall consist of the territory included within the following boundaries:

"From the boundary line between the Municipalities of Nabua and Bato, being at point 1 of Lot 6827, PLS 1053-D on the plan (Lot 6827, PLS 1053-D being owned by Juan Sumayo), thence to points 2-3-4-5-6 on plan of Lot 6827-PLS 1053-D, thence to points 26-27 on plan of Lot 6827-PLS 1053-D, thence to points 31-32 and 33 on plan PLS 1053-D, thence to point 10 on plan of Lot 6774, thence to point 3 on plan of Lot 6773, thence to points 3-2-1 on plan of Lot 6770, thence to points 4-5 on plan of Lot 6767, thence to points 6-7-8-9-10 on plan of Lot 6616, thence to points 10-11-1-2-3 on plan of Lot 6564, thence to point 1 on plan of Lot 6565, thence to points 2-3-4-5 on plan of Lot 6568, thence to points 15-16-1-2 on plan of Lot 6574, thence to points 5-6 on plan of Lot 6574, thence to points 18-1-2 on plan of Lot 6575, thence to points 4-5-6-7-8-9 on plan of Lot 6579, thence to points 9-1 on plan of Lot 6588, thence to points 2-3-4-5-6 on plan of Lot 6591, thence to points 8-9-10 on plan of Lot 6597, thence to point 3 on plan of Lot 6598, thence to points 7-8 on plan of Lot 6599, thence to points 7-8-9-10 on plan of Lot 6600, thence to points 6-7 on plan of Lot 6049, thence to point 8 on plan of Lot 6042, thence to points 2-3-4-5-6-7-8 on plan of Lot 6016, thence going South Along Paloyon Creek up to the boundary of Nabua-Iriga City. "

Sec. 3. After ratification by the majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite to be conducted in the area or areas affected within a period of ninety days after the approval of this Act, the President (Prime Minister) shall appoint the first officials of the new barangay who shall hold office until their successors shall have been duly elected and qualified.

Sec. 4. The Commission on Elections shall conduct and supervise the holding of the plebiscite and the expenses for such plebiscite shall be charged to the appropriation of the Commission on Elections for said purpose.

Sec. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
