BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 286 - AN ACT CONSTITUTING SITIO LANDOC OF BARANGAY INERANGAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALAMINOS, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NEW BARANGAY TO BE KNOWN AS BARANGAY LANDOC

Section 1. The Sitio of Landoc in Barangay Inerangan, Municipality of Alaminos, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby separated from Barangay Inerangan and constituted into a new barangay in said municipality to be known as Barangay Landoc.

Sec. 2. Barangay Landoc shall be bounded and described as follows:

"A proposed Barangay Landoc, being a portion of Barangay Inerangan, Municipality of Alaminos, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N.E., along line 3-4 by proposed Barangay San Antonio; on the S.E., along line 4-1 by Barangay Pugo (now), Barangay San Roque (before); at point 1, by Barangay Amambangan; and on the S.W., along line 1-2 by Barangay Tawin-Tawin; on the N.W., along line 2-3 by Barangay Inerangan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on the proposed plan of Barangay Landoc, being N. 66 deg., 58'W., 3,559.77 m. from BLLM No. 1, CAD-325-D Alaminos Cadastre; thence N. 55 deg., 29'W., 154.43 m. to point 2; thence N. 50 deg., 00'E., 940.00 m. to point 3; thence S. 23 deg., 33'E., 1,434.05 m. to point 4; thence S. 07 deg. 31'W., 164.40 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of seventy-six point zero one hundred thirty four hectares (76.0134). All points referred to are indicated on the prepared plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 2, 3 & 4 are P.S. cyl. Conc. Mons. (15 x 60 cm.); point 1 by B.B.M. No. 29. Bearings true, date prepared Feb. 18, 1982."

Sec. 3. After ratification by the majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite to be conducted in the areas affected within ninety days from the approval of this Act, the President of the Philippines shall appoint the first officials of the new barangay who shall hold office until their successors shall have been duly elected and qualified.

Sec. 4. The Commission on Elections shall conduct and supervise the holding of the plebiscite, the expenses of which shall be charged to local funds.

Sec. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
