Sec. 2. The Secretary of Education is authorized to reorganize the school in accordance with this provision.

Sec. 3. To carry out the intents and purposes of this Act, the sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred fifty-four to nineteen hundred fifty-five. Thereafter, the necessary sum for paid purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act.cralaw

Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
