ACT TO CREATE THE MUNICIPALITY OF UPI IN THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO |
| Section 1. The
barrio of Upi in the Municipality of Dinaig, Province of Cotabato, is
separated from the said municipality and constituted into a
municipality in the said province, to be known as the Municipality of
Upi.cralaw Sec. 2. The first municipal mayor, vice-mayor and
councilors of the newly created municipality shall be appointed by the
President of the Philippines to hold office until their successors are
duly elected and have qualified. Approved: June 10, 1955 |
