| Section 1. Item

Twelve hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows: "(102)
Construction of Home Economics Building, San Vicente (Sur) Barrio School P1,000.00" Sec. 2. Items fifty-eight and sixty of paragraph m, group II, section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, are hereby amended to read as follows: "(58) San
