| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1892 - AN ACT TO
AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A LIMNOLOGICAL AND FRESH-WATER FISH
NURSERY STATION AT LAKE LANAO, LANAO PROVINCE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
THEREFORE |
| Section
1. There shall be established and maintained, under
the supervision of the Director of Fisheries, a limnological, and
fresh-water fish nursery station at Lake Lanao, Province of Lanao.cralaw Sec. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty-eight. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriation Act of each year.cralaw Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its
