REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4971

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4971 - AN ACT AMENDING SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND FIVE (RE:CE PLANT FRANCHISE)

Section 1. Section Two of Republic Act Numbered Four thousand six hundred and five is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 2. The grantee is hereby authorized to manufacture and supply one hundred tons of ice a day. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 17, 1967
