REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5096 - AN ACT INCREASING THE NUMBER OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Davao, is further amended to read as follows: "Davao, eleven assistant provincial fiscals;" Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 17, 1967.
