REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5237

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5237 - AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITION BRANCHES OF THE CITY COURT OF OZAMIS, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SEVENTY-FIVE OF THE CHARTER OF SAID CITY

Section 1. The first paragraph of Section seventy-five of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred thirty-one, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Ozamis, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 75. Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of city courts. – There shall be a city for the City of Ozamis for which there shall be appointed three judges and auxiliary city judge." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
