REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5308

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5308 - AN ACT NAMING THAT PORTION OF THE NORTH DIVERSION ROAD PASSING THROUGH THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN "MARCELO H. DEL PILAR HIGHWAY"

Section 1. That portion of the North Diversion Road passing through the territorial jurisdiction of the Province of Bulacan is hereby named "Marcelo H. del Pilar Highway." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
