REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5328

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5328 - AN ACT PROVIDING ONE ADDITIONAL JUDGE FOR THE CITY COURT OF THE CITY OF NAGA, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SEVENTY-FIVE OF THE CHARTER OF SAID CITY

Section 1. The first paragraph of Section seventy-five of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred five, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Naga, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 75. Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of city court. – There shall be a city court for the City of Naga, for which there shall be appointed two city judges and auxiliary city judge." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
