REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5428

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5428 - AN ACT AMENDING SECTION THREE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Section 1. Section three of Republic Act Numbered Forty-nine hundred and sixty-seven is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 3. The life of the Abaca and Other Fibers Development Board shall be deemed extended up to June thirty, nineteen hundred and seventy-two." Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
