ACT CREATING BARRIO PEFRANCIA IN THE CITY OF NAGA |

1. Sitio
Pefrancia, City of Naga, is hereby constituted into a barrio
to be known as Barrio Pefrancia. Sec. 2. The Barrio of Pefrancia shall be bounded on the North by the Catholic Cemetery; on the East, by Naga River; on the South, by Santoja Street; and on the West, by Jacob Street. Sec. 3. The new barrio officials shall be appointed by the City Mayor, and they shall hold office until their successors are elected in the next regular barrio elections. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1971 |
