REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6266

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6266 - AN ACT DECLARING MALINDANG MOUNTAIN IN THE ISLAND OF MINDANAO A NATIONAL PARK AND WATERSHED AREA

Section 1. Malindang Mountain in the Island of Mindanao is hereby declared a national park and watershed area, without prejudice to rights already acquired and held by private persons in that area. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1971
