REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7269

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7269 - AN ACT EXPANDING THE PIODURAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, WITH A TWENTY-FIVE BED CAPACITY, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIGAO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, INTO A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL

Section 1. The Pioduran Emergency Hospital, a twenty-five-bed capacity hospital in the Municipality of Ligao, Province of Albay, is hereby expanded into a fifty-bed capacity hospital. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: March 20, 1992
