REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7312

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7312 - AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE MAGALLANES MEDICARE HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAGALLANES, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, FROM A FIFTEEN-BED CAPACITY MEDICARE HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MAGALLANES DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The Magallanes Medicare Hospital in the Municipality of Magallanes, Province of Sorsogon, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a fifteen-bed capacity medicare hospital into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Magallanes District Hospital. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: March 30, 1992
