REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7389

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7389 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE DISTRICT OF MARASBARAS, TACLOBAN CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MARASBARAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. There shall be established a national high school in the District of Marasbaras, Tacloban City, to be known as the Marasbaras National High School. Sec. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the rules and regulations necessary to implement this Act. Sec. 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: April 10, 1992
