REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7487 - AN ACT
CONVERTING THE GUIMARAS DISTRICT HOSPITAL FROM ITS PRESENT
TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY INTO A SEVENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE |
Section
1. The Department of Health shall cause the
conversion of the existing Guimaras District Hospital from its present
twenty-five-bed capacity into a seventy-five-bed capacity
hospital. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: May 5, 1992 |
