REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7704 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE SAN PASCUAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN PASCUAL, MUNICIPALITY OF BASUD, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, TO PEDRO S. RADA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Section 1. The name of the San Pascual Elementary School in Barangay San Pascual, Municipality of Basud, Province of Camarines Norte, is hereby changed to Pedro S. Rada Elementary School. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. * Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on May 5, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.
