REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7749

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7749 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTAR, SECOND DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PANTAR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Pantar, Province of Lanao del Norte, to be known as the Pantar National High School. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. * Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on June 19, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27(1) of the Constitution.
