REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7775

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7775 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CALLAO NORTE, MUNICIPALITY OF LASAM, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CALLAO NORTE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall establish a national high school in Barangay Callao Norte, Municipality of Lasam, Province of Cagayan. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. * Lapse into law without the signature of the President on June 30, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27(1) of the Constitution.
