REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7792

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7792 - AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST THIRTY-FIRST OF EACH YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES TO COMMEMORATE THE BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF FORMER PRESIDENT RAMON MAGSAYSAY

Section 1. In order to commemorate the birth anniversary of former President Ramon Magsaysay, August Thirty-first of each year is hereby declared a special non-working public holiday in the Province of Zambales. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. * Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on August 8, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.
