REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7800

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7800 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MANAMBULAN, TUGBOK DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE OPTACIANO HILAY HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports a national high school in Barangay Manambulan, Tugbok District, Davao City, to be known as the Optaciano Hilay High School. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. * Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on September 1, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.
