REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8055

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8055 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN LUIS, PROVINCE OF AURORA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN LUIS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of San Luis, Province of Aurora, to be known as the San Luis National High School. Sec. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Note: Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.)
