REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8057

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8057 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF EASTERN VISAYAS SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL IN CANDAHUG, PALO, LEYTE, TO PHILIPPINE SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL-EASTERN VISAYAS CAMPUS.

Section 1. The name of the Eastern Visayas Science High School in Candahug, Palo, Leyte, shall be changed to Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus. Sec. 2. The students of the Philippine Science High School-Eastern Visayas Campus shall enjoy the same benefits and privileges as the students of the Philippine Science High School in Diliman, Quezon City. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Note: Lapsed into law on June 15, 1995, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.)
