REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8323

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8323 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE WESTERN BARANGAYS OF SANCHEZ MIRA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SANCHEZ MIRA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall establish a national high school in the western barangays of Sanchez Mira, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Sanchez Mira National High School. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 30, 1997
