REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8328

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8328 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BACAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BANGA, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BACAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Bacan, Municipality of Banga, Province of Aklan, to be known as the Bacan National High School. Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 30, 1997
