REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8741

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8741 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TORRIJOS POBLACION SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADE IN THE POBLACION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TORRIJOS, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE

Section 1. There is hereby established a Torrijos Poblacion School of Arts and Trade in the poblacion of the Municipality of Torrijos, Province of Marinduque, under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Sec. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: September 25, 1998
