AN ACT CONVERTING THE PAMBUHAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GARCHITORENA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PAMBUHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1. The Pambuhan High School in the Municipality of Garchitorena, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Pambuhan National High School.chanrobles virtualaw library

Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.chanrobles virtualaw library

Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.chanrobles virtualaw library

Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
