REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10103 May 14, 2010

AN ACT CONVERTING THE NATIONAL CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD THAT CONNECTS THE OUTLYING BARANGAYS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALABANGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, STARTING FROM BARANGAY MANGUIRING AND PASSING THROUGH BARANGAYS BALOMBON, TOMAGODTOD, CAGSAO AND SIBOBO, LOOPING BACK AGAIN TO BARANGAY MANGUIRING THROUGH THE CALABANGA " TINAMBAC ROAD, INTO A NATIONAL ROAD LINKING THE AFOREMENTIONED BARANGAYS AS MAIN THOROUGHFARES

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The road network that connects barangays Manguiring, Balombon, Tomagodtod, Cagsao and Sibobo and passing through the Calabanga - Tinambac Road, Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national circumferential road because of its socioeconomic significance.

Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 1, 2008 and February 1, 2010, respectively.
