Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-third day of July, two thousand twelve.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10388

AN ACT CONVERTING THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) EXTENSION OFFICE LOCATED IN PANIQUI, TARLAC INTO A REGULAR LTO DISTRICT OFFICE, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. This Act shall be known as "An Act Converting the LTO Extension Office in Paniqui, Tarlac into a Regular LTO District Office".ςrαlαω

Section 2. The existing Land Transportation Office (LTO) Extension Office located in Paniqui, Tarlac is hereby converted into a regular LTO District Office.

Section 3. The Secretary of Transportation and Communications shall issue the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 4. The Secretary of Transportation and Communications shall immediately include in the Department's programs the operationalization of a regular LTO District Office in Paniqui, Tarlac, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.cralaw
