REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10508

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF MALALIM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MALALIM, CITY OF BATANGAS, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS TO EULALIA TALBAN EBORA MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Renaming of an Elementary School. The name of Malalim Elementary School in Barangay Malalim, City of Batangas, Province of Batangas is hereby changed to Eulalia Talban Ebora Memorial Elementary School.ςrαlαω

Section 2. Location of the Main Campus. The main campus of the Eulalia Talban Ebora Memorial Elementary School shall continue to remain in its present location in Barangay Malalim, City of Batangas, Province of Batangas.

Section 3. Effectivity. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
