REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10716

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BATASAN HILLS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BATASAN HILLS, CITY OF QUEZON, METRO MANILA TO CORAZON C. AQUINO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Renaming of a National High School. – The name of Batasan Hills National High School in Barangay Batasan Hills, City of Quezon, Metro Manila is hereby changed to Corazon C. Aquino National High School.chanRoblesvirtualLawlibrary

Sec. 2. Location of the Main Campus. The main campus of the Corazon C. Aquino National High School shall continue to remain in its present location in Barangay Batasan Hills, City of Quezon, Metro Manila.

Sec. 3. Effectivity. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its official publication in the Official Gazette.
