REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11177, January 03, 2019

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BAYOG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KAHAYAGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOG. PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL TECHNICAL - VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS BAYOG NATIONAL TECHNICAL - VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Bayog National High School in Barangay Kahayagan, Municipality of Bayog, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national technical-vocational high school to be knowvi as Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School.

Sec. 2. All personnel, assets, liabilittes, and records of the Bayog National High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School.

Sec. 3. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operatioimlization of the Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Sec. 4. The Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act within ninety (90) days after its effecfcivity.

Sec. 5. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation
