D E C I S I O N


MAKASIAR, J.:


In a motion dated August 12, 1977 and filed on August 27, 1977, petitioner prays that the dispositive portion of the decision be amended to include burial fees at P200.00 without further proof as provided for by the Workmen’s Compensation Act, as amended by Republic Act No. 4119, and attorney’s fees in favor of his counsel.chanrobles lawlibrary : rednad

The said motion being meritorious, the dispositive portion of the decision dated February 11, 1977 is hereby accordingly amended to read as follows:jgc:chanrobles.com.ph

"WHEREFORE, THE DECISION DATED FEBRUARY 11, 1976 OF THE RESPONDENT WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION COMMISSION IS HEREBY REVERSED AND SET ASIDE AND THE RESPONDENT BUREAU OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS IS HEREBY DIRECTED.

"1. TO PAY.

"A. CLAIMANT ANTONIO PEPITO AND HIS MINOR DAUGHTER GIRLIE.

"(1) DEATH COMPENSATION BENEFITS IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND (P6,000.00) PESOS;

"(2) EXPENSES FOR MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL SERVICES DULY SUPPORTED BY RECEIPTS;

"(3) THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED (P200.00) PESOS AS BURIAL EXPENSES; AND

"(4) ATTORNEY’S FEES EQUIVALENT TO TEN (10%) PERCENT OF THE AMOUNT RECOVERABLE; AND

"B. THE WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION COMMISSION THE SUM OF SIXTY ONE (P61.00) PESOS AS ADMINISTRATIVE FEES.

"NO COSTS.
