| ACT NO. 1210 - AN ACT EXTENDING THE
TIME FOR THE PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED
AND FOUR IN THE PROVINCE OF LEPANTO-BONTOC UNTIL OCTOBER FIRST,
NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FOUR |
| Section 1. The period for
the payment of property taxes for the year nineteen hundred and four in
the Province of Lepanto-Bontoc is hereby extended to October first,
nineteen hundred and four, anything in previous Acts to the contrary
notwithstanding. Sec. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixty, nineteen hundred. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage. |
