BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 716 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY-LAMAO PORT PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LILOY, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Section 1. The National Highway-Lamao Port Provincial Road in the Municipality of Liloy, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, connecting a three and a half kilometer (3.5) road from the Port of Lamao to the national highway, is hereby converted into a national road. Sec. 2. The amount necessary for the improvement and maintenance of said road shall continue to be funded out of the lump sum appropriation authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 640 for the repair and maintenance funds for said road shall have been provided for in the succeeding appropriations acts. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, April 13, 1984.
