ACT
PROVIDING THAT IN ANY CRIMINAL PROCEEDING BEFORE A JUSTICE OF THE PEACE
NO COST DE OFICIO SHALL BE TAXED AGAINST THE MUNICIPALITY CONCERNED
WHEN THE CASE IS DISMISSED OR THE DEFENDANT ACQUITTED |
Section
1. Any provisions of law to the contrary
notwithstanding, in any criminal proceeding before a justice of the
