| AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION SIX HUNDRED
SEVENTY-ONE SUBSECTION (h) OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND
ELEVEN AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE |
| Section 1. Section six hundred and seventy-one,
subsection (h) of the Revised Administrative Code is hereby amended to
read as follows: "Sec. 671.
Persons embraced in unclassified service. – The following officers and
employees constitute the unclassified service: "(h) All
laborers whether emergency, seasonal, or permanent, irrespective of
salaries." Sec. 2. Effectivity of this Act. – This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 7, 1947. |
