ACT TO CONVERT THE CAGAYAN TRADE SCHOOL IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN TO A
NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES OF THE PHILIPPINE SCHOOL OF ARTS AND
TRADES TYPE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAGAYAN VALLEY SCHOOL OF ARTS AND
TRADES, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE |
| Section 1. The
Cagayan Trade School, situated in the municipality of Tuguegarao,
Province of Cagayan, is hereby converted to a national school of arts
and trades of the Philippine School of Arts and Trades type, to be
known as the Cagayan Valley School of Arts and Trades.cralaw Sec. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is
authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National
Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance
of the Cagayan Valley School of Arts and Trades during the school year
nineteen hundred fifty-four to nineteen hundred fifty-five. Thereafter,
the necessary sum for said purpose shall be included in the annual
General Appropriation Act. Approved: June 15, 1954 |
