ACT TO AMEND SUB-ITEMS ONE TO SIXTEEN OF ITEM (d) FOR THE PROVINCE OF
SAMAR, SUB-SECTION (e), TITLE B, SECTION ONE, REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED
NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PUBLIC WORKS ACT OF
NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-THREE |
| Section 1.
Sub-items one to sixteen of Item (d) for the Province of Samar,
sub-section (e), Title B, section one of Republic Act Numbered Nine
hundred and twenty, otherwise known as the Public Works Act of nineteen
hundred and fifty-three, are hereby amended to read as follows: "(d) For the
construction of the municipal building of San Antonio P25,000.00 "(d-1) For the completion of the municipal building of Catubig 8,000.00 "(d-2) For the completion of the municipal building of Palapag 8,000.00 "(d-3) For the improvement of the 6-room academic building of the Central Elementary School of Pambujan 5,000.00 "(d-4) For the
completion of the municipal building of Las Navas 4,000.00" Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 10, 1955 |
