ACT TO ESTABLISH, ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN ONE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL
SCHOOL IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE AND TO APPROPRIATE THE
SUM OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE PURPOSE |
| Section
1. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to
establish, organize and maintain one national agricultural school in
the Province of Zamboanga del Norte of the Central Luzon Agricultural
School type. Sec. 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to locate and acquire or cause to be located and acquired a suitable site for the purpose of this Act, which may be public or private lands situated within the Province of Zamboanga del Norte.cralaw Sec. 3. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos,
for its establishment and operation and maintenance during the fiscal
year nineteen hundred and fifty-eight, is appropriated out of any funds
in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Thereafter, the
necessary appropriation for its maintenance shall be included in the
annual General Appropriation Act. Approved: June 22, 1957 |
