REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3103

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3103 - AN ACT EXTENDING TO TEN MORE YEARS THE TERM OF THE CONTRACTUAL GRANT UNDER COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE

Section 1. The term of the contractual grant under Commonwealth Act Numbered Four Hundred Eighty-Five is hereby extended to ten more years from the date the original term of twenty-five years shall have expired, subject to the same terms and conditions. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 17, 1961
