REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3934

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3934 - AN ACT REQUIRING THAT FILIPINO VETERANS WHO DIE SHALL BE BURIED WITH THEIR CASKETS COVERED WITH THE FILIPINO FLAG

Section 1. Filipino veterans who die shall be buried with their caskets covered with the Filipino flag which shall be furnished by the Government free. Sec. 2. To carry into effect the provision of this Act, the sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purchase of flags. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1964
