REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4570

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4570 - AN ACT TO DECLARE THE SHORES AND TERRITORIAL WATERS OF LA UNION FROM AGOO TO DAMORTIS, LA UNION, A NATIONAL PARK

Section 1. Notwithstanding any law or laws to the contrary, the shores and the territorial waters from Agoo, La Union, southward to Damortis, Rosario, La Union, inclusive, are hereby declared a national park. Sec. 2. Any mining operations present or future in this area is hereby prohibited. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1965
