REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6286

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6286 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRESH-WATER FISH FARM AND NURSERY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KALAYAAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Fisheries Commissioner, a regional fresh-water fish farm and nursery in the Municipality of Kalayaan, Province of Laguna. Sec. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-one. Thereafter, the amount of forty thousand pesos to defray expenses for the operation and maintenance of the project shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1971.
