REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6474

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6474 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LIVESTOCK BREEDING CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CORON, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Bureau of Animal Industry, a livestock breeding center in the Municipality of Coron, Province of Palawan, at a site to be selected by the Director of Animal Industry through donations, to be known as Coron Livestock Breeding Center. Sec. 2. The sum of seventy-five thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of an office-laboratory building and animal sheds, the purchase of equipment, supplies and materials, and for such other expenses as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 17, 1972
