REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6567

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6567 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOBO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LOBO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Lobo, Province of Batangas, to be known as the Lobo Emergency Hospital. Sec. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said emergency hospital for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-one. Thereafter, such sum as may be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: September 30, 1972
